CODE Of Ethics

Rather than recant our own carefully crafted code of ethics, certain partners of the firm who have their Certified Financial Planner ("CFP®") designation, Certified Investment Management Analyst ("CIMA®") designation, or Chartered Financial Consultant ("ChFC") designation, through their various trade associations, respectively, are held to a certain code of ethics individually as a designee or licensee.

As a result, we have selected two of those trade organizations and their respective code of ethics which we abide by professionally, and they are attached herein in a PDF file for ease of reference and incorporated by reference hereto. Please let us know if you have any questions after reviewing each respective "code".
